Over 20 yeas experience as a hands on recruiter and business leader in the Microsoft recruitment. I have helped hundreds of Microsoft Partners and end users hire exceptional technical and IT sales talent. In 2010 I Co-Founded the UK Azure User Group which is the first and largest Azure User Group in the UK, with over 3000 members. I am passionate about ethnical recruitment practices and building a company I am be proud of, for the work we do and the way we conduct ourselves on a daily basis.
