Hancock and Parsons are a growing recruitment company in the heart of Essex. Founded in 2010 by Joe Hancock and Chris Parsons, we are a thriving business with Chris and Joe still very active and in the office for support and training. We offer development plans and one to one ongoing training to make sure every employee exceeds their personal and professional goals.

We have a fun but hardworking environment in a modern, recently refurbed office. We offer a flexible working program around little ones and living situations.
