- We are currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner and Cloud Native business that are offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing team. They are looking for candidates who can work on a permanent basis as either a first or second line technical analyst, commuting to the head office 3 days a week and working from home for 2. Strong communication skills are vital for this role.
As a managed services analyst you will be part of our team supporting a range of technical systems including: Windows Server 2022, SQL Server 2019, network equipment (Cisco, Dell and HP), Active Directory and GPOs.
There will be times where travel may be required to a client site, however the majority of the work is based from our head office. Flexibility around working hours to ensure delivery of projects will be of great advantage for the role and naturally expected from time to time.
Candidates should be coming into the role with 1-2 years experience in the field and with some professional experience working with:
- Office 365
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022
- Active Directory
- Basic Windows based networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc
- Basic routing, switching & firewall rules
Salary:
First Line: 25-28k
Second Line 28-35k
