Level 1 Service Desk Engineer
Duties include, but are not limited to:
We are currently working with a Microsoft Partner who are looking to recruit a 1st line Support Engineer on a permanent basis. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity for an experienced candidate.
- Providing end user support via remote technologies and telephone support
- Technical support for all endpoints
- Intital triage, accurate assessment of the impact and urgency
- Ensuring SLAs and OLAs and managed and met
- Effective ticket management
- Escalating to the 2nd/3rd line
- Creating and maintaining support documentation
Technical Expertise
- Experience in supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Defender
- Windows OS and Intune
- Active Directory
- Azure
