Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant

We are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking for someone to fill a permanent position as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant. This fully remote role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help support the full life cycle of consulting, being responsible for scoping, designing, delivering and deploying services based on the latest Microsoft technology as well as travelling to client sites and when required. 

Duties for this role include:

• Capture Project requirements to define the scope
• Deploy and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement products
• Complete test plans and onboard new products with clients
•  Provide training to end users and run workshops
• Design and document solutions alongside Architects

Required Experience:

• Expert in Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience in Power Platform solutions
• Experience with Power Automate Flows and Power BI Reports
• In depth knowledge on Dataverse and its capabilities
• Knowledge of O365, Microsoft 365 and Azure

 Due to the client facing nature of this role, candidates must be able to achieve and maintain UK SC security clearance and NPPV3 vetting.
Candidates should also be aware that this role will require travel to client sites across the UK.
