- Description
EUC Specialist to work for a UK MSP on a remote basis. This role would include some client visits and a monthly office visit so you must be able to drive and have your own transport. Directly reporting to the Manager of the Cloud Solution Specialists Group, the EUC Technical Specialist will work closely with the EUC Architect and other team members to provide EUC and related services to our customers. This is a permanent position paying up to £55k base salary.

- Basic knowledge of cloud hosting services, such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services
- Microsoft Windows-based networks and servers, including Active Directory
- Accurately test and diagnose problems in a systematic and logical manner prior to delivering projects to implementation
- Construct a UAT testing programme and deliver and test a working solution that meets the defined success criteria, handing over to the User Experience team where necessary
- Design robust and supportable solutions with low administration and helpdesk overhead
- Translate client requirements into a design of a Connect/Endpoint environment
- Working collaboratively on cross-stream projects including Platform, M365, Automation and Managed Service and PMO
About the Role;
- Become a technical "go to" person related to our Connect product
- Customer facing skills are a must
- The ability to answer deep technical inquiries on proposed and existing solutions
- Good understanding of the Endpoint device landscape and related technologies
- Be involved in develop technical roadmaps for future Connect and Endpoint related technologies as required
- Ensure security is integrated into all aspect of our product lifecycle
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as required
- Provide following services:
- Support the transition from solution group to Managed Service teams
- Provide hands-on end-to-end delivery
