A London based Data-Driven organisation is looking for a logical, detailed and self motivated candidate who wishes to start an exciting position as a Data and Application Analyst. This role revolves around joining a skilled team of data analysts and developers while supporting the core line of business application and key business processes and contributing software development and business intelligence programmes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver end-user application support for 30-40 users of our customized SAP Business One implementation
- Assist with Windows desktop and basic IT support, covering for absent staff members when required
- Assist with the development of the core business app, including documentation creation, planning change requests, and testing fixes and changes, before roll-out to business users
- Look for, recommend and implement changes and improvements to IT systems to ensure business and user requirements are met
- Assist with and monitor technically complex operational processes, including Income processing, data matching, Serials Year-End, Top-Ups, distribution and payment allocation processes, acting as a backup to other members of IT Department

- Computer literate in MS Office Suite and experience with relational database and applications
- Experience working with SQL, working with and analysing data
- Experience using CRM or ERP applications in a business context.
- Experience using data visualisation packages I.E Power BI
