Business Analyst Job Advert
We are currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner on an exciting opportunity as a Business Analyst on a permanent basis. You will be playing an essential role in the business transformation of the client’s customers, working on a fully remote basis.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Stakeholder engagement with clients and their own stakeholders
- Discovery and mapping of client requirements, including technical and business needs
- Working closely with project managers and technical needs
- Working with the client and wider company team to effectively plan transition and adoption activities
- Support the team in the creation of business cases
Skills and experience
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Problem solving and self learning skills
- High level understanding Microsoft 365
- Business Analysis skills (Accreditation is desirable)
- Good written and presentation skills
- Good understanding of IT Service Management and Operational Frameworks (ITIL etc.)
- Familiarity with organisation change management skills
