HR/Payroll Administrator Job Advert
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a HR/Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis. This hybrid role is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and continue your professional development in a collaborative team environment. Working closely with the HR team across the wider business as well as within the US, this is a chance to play a key role in striving for excellence as a business.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Entering new hires and terminations in the payroll systems.
- Checking the accuracy of timecards
- Checking adjustments for holidays, time off and overtime
- Liaising with managers and HR team members
- Posting current and open vacancies to relevant job boards
- Processing updates to job boards
- Liaising directly with management
- Managing recruitment inboxes and responding to queries
- Compiling pools of suitable candidates
- Filing CVs and Applications
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Key Skills and Experience
- 6 Months 1 Year experience in HR/Payroll positions
- Within travelling distance to Chelmsford 2 days a week
- Drive for growth and development
