Description

Team Leader to join a Microsoft Partner. As a Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of your team. The Proactive and Security Manager will be required to ensure Support Engineers and Apprentices help customers deliver the best value from their investment in the Microsoft technologies applicable to their practice through the effective delivery of support services. Paying up to £50k on a remote basis with minimal office travel.

Key Skills & Background;

  • Excellent organisational skills – being able to manage time across a dual role and that of a team
  • Outstanding communication skills to fulfil both the workload management and customer management elements of the role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, drive and support individuals Ability to demonstrate and support specific technology specialisms within the Microsoft stack for one or more infrastructure products
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly in a professional manner
  • The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, both internally and externally

About the Role;

  • The successful candidate will have a highly professional approach along with good people management and mentoring skills.
  • They will be able to organise the workload effectively, utilising excellent time management skills to ensure they maintain their own and the workloads’ productivity.
  • Furthermore, they must talk with confidence about the technology to technical colleagues as well as customers.
  • A desire to learn skills is essential along with an eagerness to participate in company-wide initiatives and the ability to self-manage time and projects.
  • This role will be involved in the delivery of the Microsoft security and services offered by rMS
