- Description
2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join a Microsoft Gold Partner on a remote basis. This role is to start as soon as possible offering a day rate up to £300 a day Inside IR35.
Key Skills & Background-
- Proven experience in supporting Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace applications and technologies, Exchange Online; Teams; OneDrive, SharePoint and Defender
- Windows OS
- Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management and Autopilot builds
- Hardware fault diagnosis
- Active Directory Users and Computer administration
- Public Cloud (Azure)
- Azure AD including MFA
- Experience of using ServiceNow
- Office 365 Admin Centre
About the Role
- Ability to effectively self-manage time and prioritise support tickets based on impact and urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Understanding of ITIL (Incident; Problem and Change management, Request Fulfilment)
- Experience of working for a Managed Service Provider
- Demonstrate an ability to see issues from the customer's perspective
- A team player with high level of self-motivation
- A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to thrive in a busy working environment
