2nd Line Technical Consultant
We are currently working with a leading Microsoft Partner who are looking for a 2nd line Technical Consultant to join their growing support team. They are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career and work alongside an established technical team. This role is office based and is based in Brighton.
Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
- Answering queries via phone and email
- Troubleshooting via remote access
- Ticket management
- Resolution of 1st and 2nd line tickets
- Providing consultancy and advice where appropriate
Skills:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate an understanding of as many of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Virtualisation technology such as VMWare or Hyper-V
- Networking Principles such as VLANs, LAGs, VPNS and routing
- Firewall products
