- We are currently looking for a Project Manager for a Microsoft Gold Partner.
The Project Manager will play an integral role in driving this discovery activity; transformation activity is then expected to encompass a series of wide-ranging, organization-wide people, process and technology initiatives for which the Project Manager will play an integral role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage either a single project or a portfolio of initiatives.
- Develop and manage all aspects of project and programme engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.
- Provide leadership for project team to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project and programme stakeholders and sponsors.
- Provide status reporting on project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
- Deliver appropriate and effective Executive-level communication.
- Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, vendor selections and proposals for evaluation by appropriate key stakeholders.
- A recognised qualification in project management (e.g. APM, PRINCE2) is desirable
- Experience with project methodologies e.g. Agile, SCRUM, SDLC) is desirable
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate/present up to C-level gravitas, respect and credibility with team members, peers and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to influence, facilitate and drive change in a cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
- Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills applying appropriate analysis methods and techniques.
