We are currently hiring for a Microsoft Technical Specialist to join the IT Service division for a growing business solutions client. It is understood this role will keep their knowledge relevant with market trends within the chosen technologies and ensure the business is positioned to deliver opportunity. The role will form part of a wider delivery team and will require collaboration between team members and technical verticals.

 Your responsibilities for this role will include;

  • Customer liaison to project requirements, scope and integration with existing systems
  • Development, configuration, integration, testing, optimization, implementation and debug of bespoke customer solutions
  • Testing of software applications or hardware devices that may be deployed
  • Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support
  • Development of tools that may be used by others to help provision, manage or troubleshoot deployments
  • Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development

You will need to have experience in the following;

  • 5+ years of IT experience scoping, designing and implementing chosen technology stack.
  • Experience with O365 migrations.
  • Working knowledge of Azure migrate.
  • Proficient with Windows Active directory, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD connect.

 Salary: £60-65,000

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Remote / Must be open to onsite work for clients if need be in England + International travel
