UC/Microsoft Teams Solutions Architect

We are currently hiring for a UC Solutions Architect to work for a Microsoft Gold Partner. The primary purpose is to support sales target attainment of new business and renewals; this is achieved by understanding the technical landscape of the client and build technically viable solutions that address business needs, pains or issues. 

You will need to have experience in the following;

• There is an expectation to be technically conversant within Unified Communications, Call Recording, and Contact Centre solutions; specifically Microsoft Teams Direct Routing based solutions.
• Understand the client’s business strategy, ratify requirements and align technology accordingly
• Act as the Technical lead for UCaaS and CCaaS opportunities and tender documentation Specifically for Microsoft Teams Phone System, Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms and 8x8
• Have a detailed understanding of the entire product and services portfolio, and use this as the building blocks of client solutions
• Produce and present strategic technological roadmaps, which clearly articulate the immediate priorities and highlight any risks associated with delaying
• Proven experience of designing and delivering technology solutions for a broad range of clients
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Salary: Up to £95,000 and 20% Bonus
