Customer Support – German and English Speaking

Experience and skills required:
Have a good knowledge of using the PC and Excel and Word documents.
Happy to be talking to customers on the phone in a professional and calm manner.
Creating manuals and documents to support customers that are exploring new features and possibilities!
Responsible for customer support through various channels (phone, mail, chat, ticket system etc.) to guarantee our customers are happy product and service
Asking for feedback to better the quality of service.
Will be taking part in planning, preparation and implementation of customer workshops and events.
