As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team as we continue to expand our client base. You will be responsible for providing the necessary support to optimise our sales process, contribute to our overall growth strategy, and help us maintain a strong reputation in the technology industry. Experience of working in the IT Consulting space would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the Dynamics CRM system, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Support the sales team in the preparation and analysis of sales performance reports, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and other materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with various internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and data engineering, to ensure smooth collaboration and information sharing.
- Participate in sales meetings, providing insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and maintaining documentation.
- Work with finance team on managing monthly revenue forecasting process
