Change Lead
We are currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner and Cloud-First company who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate for a Change Lead position. This is a permanent role based in Meppershall, with the Change Lead being responsible for the administration of all Operational changes both internal and customer related.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited to:
- Reviewing and Categorising all Request For Change (RFC)
- Liaising with both Clients and the Customer Service Team
- Ensuring the ITSM tool is updated for all changes
- Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC)
- Prepare, Attend and Issue invitations to Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
Key Experience/Skills
- Experience as a Change Lead (Operational not Business Change)
- Knowledge of the ITIL-V3 Change Management Lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
- ITIL-V3 Certified (Desirable)
