Change Lead
We are currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner and Cloud-First company who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate for a Change Lead position. This is a permanent role based in Meppershall, with the Change Lead being responsible for the administration of all Operational changes – both internal and customer related.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited to:
- Reviewing and Categorising all Request For Change (RFC)
- Liaising with both Clients and the Customer Service Team
- Ensuring the ITSM tool is updated for all changes
- Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC)
- Prepare, Attend and Issue invitations to Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
Key Experience/Skills
- Experience as a Change Lead (Operational not Business Change)
- Knowledge of the ITIL-V3 Change Management Lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
- ITIL-V3 Certified (Desirable)
