- Description
Technical Consultant to work for a Microsoft Partner. Based around EUC/Azure, in this role you will be expected to execute, manage and lead a set of customers through the migration, onboarding, technical and support process. This is a permanent position offering a salary up to £65k + benefits.
Key Skills & Background;
- Achieve and maintain Azure Expert Status certifications and related Microsoft Security Certifications
- Dell EMC Technologies – Servers, Storage and Networking
- VMware VSAN, and Dell EMC VXRAIL
- NetApp, Pure and Cisco Networking, Veeam, DPD
- Strong Horizon View and Azure Virtual Desktop Knowledge
- VMware vSphere, ESXi, NSX, AirWatch MDM
- Stay up to date with related Security Products
- Working with PowerShell scripts
- Understand Active Directory – Cloud Identity
- Understand and deploy Microsoft AOVPN Technology
- Develop Strong Security and Knowledge of Security Products Including Microsoft Sentinel
- Conditional access & Multi Factor Authentication
- Develop Microsoft Azure knowledge and migration skills
About the Role;
- Technical design, proposal writing and implementation of customer O365
- Attend customer meetings as and when required.
- Work on customer projects to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.
- To always obtain customer sign off with the completion of the “Customer Signoff Sheet”.
- Assist the Service Desk for call escalation and 3rd line support where possible.
- Give advice and guidance to the other Technical Consultants as required.
- Keep all technical accreditations up to date and valid.
- Assist the Services Sales Team in any presales activities.
