- Description
Technical Consultant to work for a Microsoft Partner. Based around M365, in this role you will be expected to execute, manage and lead a set of customers through the O365 migration, onboarding, technical and support process. This is a permanent position offering a salary up to £65k + benefits.
Key Skills & Background;
- Achieve and maintain Microsoft M365 Expert Status
- Achieve and maintain M365 Security related knowledge, exams and status
- Active Directory – Cloud Identity
- Experience of EMS (Intune, Intune Hybrid, AADP, ARMS)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot and AOVPN Technologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and Migrations to Cloud / Office 365
- Strong Security and knowledge of Security products including Microsoft Sentinel
- Conditional access & Multi Factor Authentication
- Office 365 migration skills
- Microsoft Azure cloud knowledge and migration skills
About the Role;
- Technical design, proposal writing and implementation of customer O365
- Attend customer meetings as and when required.
- Work on customer projects to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.
- To always obtain customer sign off with the completion of the “Customer Signoff Sheet”.
- Assist the Service Desk for call escalation and 3rd line support where possible.
- Give advice and guidance to the other Technical Consultants as required.
- Keep all technical accreditations up to date and valid.
- Assist the Services Sales Team in any presales activities.
