3rd Line Support Engineer
We are currently working with a Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis. This is a remote position on a full time basis sitting within the Managed Services team of the company, providing a customer facing interface for support queries and acting as a point of escalation for the 1st and 2nd line service desk teams.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Major incident management
- Coordinating support queries and requests
- Working and resolving tickets
- Updating customers during all stages of support
- Following company polices, procedures and controls
- Publish customer facing technical information
- Driving to support your own continuous professional development.
Key skills/experience:
- Advanced Microsoft tech stack, including:
- Azure
- Office 365
- Windows Server OS
- Intune
- SharePoint/Exchange
- Experience working within a managed service team following ITIL processes
- Knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- VMWare
- Cloud (AWS, etc.)
- Linux
Candidates must be able to successfully hold/achieve NPPV3 and SC Security clearance and be open to 24/7 shift pattern.
