- We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join a Microsoft Gold Partner in a permanent position.
Location: Reading based.
Salary: Up to £50k
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and delivering multiple work streams for various types of digital projects (e.g. website development, app development) to agreed scope, timings, budget and quality.
- Creating a collaborative and positive culture within the project team that motivates everyone to do their best work.
- Preparing structures project plans and communicate these to project stakeholders
- Keeping the client and other project stakeholders up to date with progress.
- Using functional specifications to generate Agile stories and backlogs.
- Engaging with external stakeholders and suppliers.
- Budget ownership and tracking
Key Skills and Experience:
- This is not a campaign management position and requires full end to end project management experience.
- Strong Digital / Technical background, with experience in delivering projects across a range of CMS and digital platforms.
- Experience with a range of project management methodologies, tools and processes, including Agile.
- Ability to manage, track and report back on project scope, timelines, deadlines and potential risks. You will have experience working collaboratively to deliver both small and large projects and programmes of work. You are comfortable juggling the demands of multiple work streams, at various stages of completion, and the impact that this can have on resourcing.
- Experience in using Scrum for project delivery, would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to talk with stakeholders at varying levels.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Collaborative in approach working with cross-disciplined teams. Team builder.
- Experience of project management and web tools such as Project, Trello, Basecamp, Skype, CRM.
