IT Support Technician
We are currently working with a Microsoft Partner who are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician for a permanent role. This is a Hybrid role based in Chelmsford and will involve you joining a growing IT Team to provide support to the client's employees and ensuring that systems are maintained and supported to the highest standards.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Assisting and reporting to the IT manager in delivering the strategic objectives of the group.
- Maintaining in house systems
- Installing, diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and maintaining all hardware and equipment
- Assisting users with IT related incidents logged to the IT support desk.
- Support the provision of training to new users on hardware and software
- Support business applications
- Maintain a first-class level of customer service
- Work with the IT team to continually improve processes and business performance
- Attending IT related training courses deemed necessary.
