Description

We are looking for a Product Lead/Manager to join a Microsoft Gold Partner on a permanent basis.

What the role involves:

  • Manage, update and keep a portfolio of products and services current and relevant to our strategy. Ensure product documentation, service descriptions, pricing and marketing collateral is accurate and current.
  • Provide advice and guidance to Marketing team, to position and market our products and services.
  • Provide pre and post sales advice to develop proposals and tender responses to assist the sales team to win new business.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers, particularly Microsoft, to ensure we gain value and sales opportunities from our relationships.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Understanding of Product Management practices and disciplines
  • Previous pre or post sales technical experience in a client facing commercial organisation
  • Previous experience working for a VAR, IT Solutions or Managed Services provider
  • Demonstrable technical understanding of the following:
  • MS Azure IaaS and PaaS environment design and configuration
  • Microsoft 365 suite, with a particular focus on E3/E5 licences
  • Managed IT Services
  • Cyber Security solutions and services
  • Motivated, commercially aware, confident individual with a meticulous approach and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal, communication, documentation and presentation skills

Salary: £55k-£70k
