Description
We are currently recruiting for a Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking for someone to fill a permanent position as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant. This fully remote role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help support the full life cycle of consulting, being responsible for scoping, designing, delivering and deploying services based on the latest Microsoft technology as well as travelling to client sites and when required. 

Duties for this role include:
  • Customer liaison to project requirements, scope and integration with the customer's existing systems. 
  • The full life cycle of the customer's bespoke solutions, from Development to Implementation
  • Testing of hardware and software that may be deployed for solutions
  • Resolving technical issues and providing technical support 
  • Development of tools and documentation that may be used by others to help provision, manage or troubleshoot deployment and ensure support teams and consultants can participate in support and further development. 

Required Experience:
  • Expert in Dynamics 365 CE
  • Experience in Power Platform solutions
  • Proficiency in customising and configuring Dynamics 365 CE products
  • Experience with Power Automate Flows and Power BI Reports
  • In depth knowledge on Dataverse and its capabilities
  • Knowledge of O365, Microsoft 365 and Azure
Essential Criteria: 
For success in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to demonstrate technology specialisms within the Microsoft Stack 
  • Strong documentation and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of and able to apply security principles
  • Comfortable with demanding client interactions, leading business and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Excellent customer service 
 Due to the client facing nature of this role, candidates must be able to achieve and maintain UK SC security clearance and NPPV3 vetting.
Candidates should also be aware that this role will require travel to client sites across the UK.
