I am currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join one of my clients on a contract.
The client are looking for a service desk analyst to join their 2nd Line Support team to act as an escalation point for the 1st line Service Desk, resolving the more complex and time consuming incidents that are escalated to you, as well as liaising and collaborating with both service providers and third party suppliers to understand IT issues.
The role is primarily based in the client's head office in Bedfordshire on a hybrid basis, although you will be asked to work primarily within the office and be fully office based during the initial induction period. Candidates will also be required to work out of customer sites on occasion wherein all travel expenses will be reimbursed.
As a 2nd Line Support Analyst, it is essential that you have the following experience:
2 years service desk experience
1 year Office 365 Support experience
Incident Management experience
Microsoft Exchange and MS Office Suite experience
Candidates will also be required to pass a basic DBS check due to requirements of some of the client's customers.
Length: 3 months
Rate: £100-£215pd Outside IR35 including agency fee
