- Description
- We are currently hiring for a Cloud Solutions Specialist. For this role you will be expected to Engage external customers and undertake the implementation, migration, and provision of consultancy services to Cloud Infrastructures following industry best practises.
Your responsibilities for this role will include;
- Engage with external customer to understand and shape requirements to achieved desired business outcomes
- Collaborates with the Sales and commercial teams to contribute to commercial proposals on solution designs.
- Follows structured cloud adoption methodologies undertaking planning, design and documentation, migration, transition, and ongoing optimisation of non-complex services.
- Ensure solution designs adhere to industry best practices, to deliver required security and regulatory compliance
- Embraces the adoption of Microsoft Framework related to M365 to drive efficiency, governance, and standardisation of repeatable solutions.
You will need to have experience in the following;
- SME knowledge level and practical skills related to Productivity aspects of M365 including:
- Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Conditional Access, Cloud App Security, Threat Protection, Defender, Identity and Access Management, Information Protection, Advanced compliance, and Security.
- Exchange online and Exchange server (on-premises), hybrid Exchange
- 3rd party migration tooling
- Migration off premise and tenant to tenant
- Experienced at communicating and presenting to customers at all levels
- Knowledge and experience with PowerShell and ability to write PowerShell scripts.
