Technical Support Manager
We are currently working with a rapidly growing and award-winning IT Cloud Provider that is recruiting for a Technical Support Manager to be based in their Milton Keynes head office. This is a full-time permanent position, contracted from 10AM-6PM Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Day to day team management of both US and UK based teams
- Travelling to the US twice annually
- End to end incident/request management
- Alert/Problem/Change management
- Engage with contracted vendors for support
- Working with the aligned Client Engagement Manager
- Performance reporting and reviewing
- Major Incident Management/Escalation
The ideal candidate’s CV will contain evidence of:
- Active Directory Administration and Support
- O365 Administration and Support
- SharePoint
- Azure Administration and support
- Routing/Switching TCP/IP
- Firewalls
- AV
- SQL/Oracle (Preferable)
