Technical Architect - M365 & Automation

We are currently hiring for a Technical Architect to work for a Microsoft Gold Partner. The right candidate will be working closely with the EUC Product Manager to develop the product roadmap. You will have direct responsibility for proving new services and solutions in a lab environment and producing technical documentation for our delivery and operations teams.

Your main responsibilities will include;

• You will be the technical subject matter expert for our EUC product and services.
• Pioneer new technologies and services on our product roadmap.
• Develop technical documentation for our delivery and operations teams.
• Deliver training and support to our delivery and operations teams during product launches.
• Work with systems delivery teams to ensure processes and tools to support the services set are developed, easy to use and intuitive.
• Ensure technical knowledge for our products is kept up to date and relevant.
• Evangelise our products and services from a technical perspective to clients.
• Able to represent yourself to senior members within a client as well as prospects both digitally and face to face.

You will need to have experience in the following;

• Excellent understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform and how the features integrate with each other to form a solution.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering Microsoft 365 modern work and security solutions.
• Demonstrable experience in pioneering new technologies including testing, documenting and supporting the launch of a new service.
• Strong understanding of EUC managed services.
• Strong understanding of AVD and Citrix solutions.
• Knowledge or experience of working with third party value-add services for Microsoft 365 such as Mimecast.
• Knowledge or experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Salary: Up to £75,000 + benefits
